Join us in Supporting our school by adding a few Scholastic books to your home library that your kids will enjoy reading!!! This is a great time to stop by ROOM 24 and kick off your holiday shopping and at the same time support our school.
Our Scholastic Book Fair runs all this week…Tuesday, October 18th through Friday, October 21st. Stop by before school, during school and after-school (Tues/Thurs/Fri: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm and Wed 7:30 am to 1:00 pm) You can also shop online at www.Scholastic.com/fair and this runs through Oct. 24th.
Don’t Forget to also check for your student’s teacher Wish List posted at the Book Fair.
In addition to the day hours, we will be OPEN on FRIDAY, OCT. 21st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. during our Fall Festival.

Our First fundraiser is in full swing!!! Hope everyone is busy selling, collecting orders and money from family and friends. Last day to turn in your ORDER FORM is OCT. 6th!!!

Help US reach our GOAL of $5,000 that will be used to fund the YMCA Program that benefits ALL students at Foster.
You can also collect donations during this fundraiser. Each $10 donation will be equivalent of 1 item ordered, which will count toward prizes.

Don’t forget to bring in your recyclables this Friday morning. We are happy to collect any amount of bags (BIG or Small) from you and continue to raise money for our beautiful school. See you and your recyclables on Friday morning!
Don’t FORGET to turn in your Box Tops this week to your Teacher or the Front Office that you collected over the Summer. Make sure to clearly print your first and last name and classroom. Deadline is this Friday, September 30th.

Foster’s PTA meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 6pm in the PTA Room. PTA meetings are the best place to get information about upcoming school events and activities.
We hope to see you at our next PTA meeting on October 11th at 6:00 p.m. We have lots planned for the 2016-2017 school year and as always we are looking for YOU to help us in making it GREAT!
